Overview A cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system custom-built to automate construction and real estate workflows for Dar Al-Jabalain. It streamlines project lifecycles—from client onboarding and resource allocation to billing and progress payments—and includes a corporate website and a secure client portal. Technical Architecture (Clean Architecture) Built for scalability, security, and maintainability across three layers: Frontend (web/): Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript. Fully bilingual (RTL/LTR) with protected routing and decoupled state/data logic. Backend (server/): ASP.NET Core structured into isolated layers (Domain, Application, Infrastructure, API) keeping business logic framework-agnostic. Database (database/): Supabase (PostgreSQL) enforcing data integrity via strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and custom SQL triggers for automated processes (e.g., VAT calculations). Core Modules Powered by a highly relational schema of 17 interconnected tables: Public Site & Client Portal: A corporate showcase and a secure, read-only gateway for clients to monitor active projects. ERP Dashboard: Projects: The core hub for tracking project completion and client links. Finance: Handles Invoices, Expenses, Vouchers, and Progress Payments with automated computations. HR, Equipment & Materials: Manages workforce attendance, fleet tracking, and site inventory transactions. Documents & Audit Logs: Secure cloud archiving for site media/blueprints, and immutable tracking of all system actions. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Secured via client-side guards and database RLS with granular roles: Admin: Unrestricted access. GM: High-level operational oversight. Project Manager (PM): Field operations and progress payments. Accountant: Financial and billing control. Client: Read-only access to their specific project dossiers.
